As a part of the BD Pyxis™ RapidRx Solutions family, the IntelliVault™ Controlled Substance Management System is an RFID-enabled pharmacy automation solution the provides storage and prescription filling of controlled substance medications.

Overview

The IntelliVault™ System combines standard RFID tags (affixed to our SmartBaskets) with proprietary RFID readers, our unique lockable electronic cabinet design, our three-dimensional storage drawers, and our near real-time tracking software. The IntelliVault™ System will also help reduce outpatient pharmacy labor costs by shifting pharmacist labor with technician labor.

  • AutoNotify Patients are automatically notified when their prescriptions are ready by voice calls or text messages.
  • Return-to-stock is performed with the touch of a button in minutes instead of hours.
  • AutoLog automatically logs all transactions and user activities.
  • Audit logs and reporting available that show NDC, drug name, and system users.
  • AutoPrint Automatically print med guides.
  • AutoSign Add on feature to electronically capture, manage, and store signatures.
